I love all the Black Dagger Brotherhood Books, but this one knocked my socks off!!! It's the story of Vischous ... my absolute favourite of all the brothers ... If only he lived next door (*drool*), anyway he meets his mum and finds he is destined for greater things than just the Brotherhood. His life takes a turn for the better when he is rushed to a human hospital due to an injury. There he meets his new destiny. Vischous is an amazing character, the DOM tendancies, IT expert, tortured youth, 16 languages and all round SEXY ROUGE!!! Yes well I've read it 3 times, and I'm sure I'll be picking it up again soon. Giving this book as a gift is way sexier than flowers!!! The sex scenes alone are worth buying the book. Hot, hot, HOT!!! (opps don't know if I can say that? This may get edited, but I hope not)

OMG- I couldn't but this book down! the whole series is wonderful, brilliant and words theat i can't say. This one is my favourite out of the series, it has EVERY THING IN IT! romace, action, vampires, evil zombie things, really cool hot guys and a cool butler-Fritzs, and a normal girl whiches world gets turned up side down, cause a vampirs-v- need her help, at first she hates him but then...... Well you'll have to read it to find out.he he he.

But its not like in other series were you hhaavvee to read the whole series, you can start in the middle and work your way through! Though i would start at the begining, the first book is really good!!!

What can I say, I LOVE Vishous! He is everything to me, I loved this book because it was his story, and you get to know more about him. The book was unreal like the rest of the series. The Brotherhood series is my favourite, they are easy to read and they are so addictive. The only problem I have is I could only read LOVER UNBOUND twice. Iam so jealous of Jane I cant stand to read about the two of them together, lame I know but I cant help it. Do yourself a big favour and read The Black Dagger Brotherhood books starting with DARK LOVER you will be very glad you did.

Extremely enjoyed this book. Probably my 2nd favorite Black dagger Brotherhood book After Love Awakened. Found The story of Vishous very addictive. Jane was easy to relate to. Highly recommend buying this book!!! As well as the rest of the series of The Black Dagger Brotherhood. Can not wait for the next book. Move over Twilight.

I borrowed the first one of this series form a friend and have just about read them ALL now. This is a fabuluous series; the description of the vampire culture, traditions, and those of the lessers, and the Chosen, is amazing and really pulls you into this world. The central figures are all tightly drawn and compelling. And the sex! Well! Bloody good reads, all of them. Next please!!!

Please ignore the review below. At this date: 15/9/07 this book has not even been published, so the review is irrelevent. however what I can tell you is that the previous four books in this series are great, and I have preordered this one, and can't wait to get it.

this novel was pretty average. parts of it were really well written, but at other parts of it it just felt like a mills and boon. though, overall, i think that the story was interesting enough, the characters were well written and comical at parts, as was the storyline. i would recommend this to anyone with time to read a basic novel.
