This one I bought for a gift for a friend. I flicked through and thought it looked great with lots of interesting and helpful ideas for kickstarting your flare in the kitchen, particularly lots of variations of base recipes. As usual Sophie lives up to her name of offering great tasting food that gets you excited about cooking dinner, and it doesn't break the bank!
