Dr Dunlap rolled a small library of about 30 books into his medical class and told them it was a monumental compilation of everything that was known about diabetes, published in 1920, before the discovery of insulin. Dabney Ewin, MD,FACS, is a Clinical Professor of Surgery & Psychiatry at Tulane University MedicalcSchool in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Ewin, an adjunct Faculty member and practicing physician,chas taught hypnosis at Tulane since 1970. He is a past President of the American Society of ClinicalcHypnosis and the American Board of Medical Hypnosis, past Secretary of the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
