This book has easy to understand recipes, eash with 4 ingredients, so they are easy to make and assemble ingredients for, without having to have 8 herbs/ spices etc like some recipes. Most of the ingredients are easily sourced, fairly standard ingredients, and are not too over the top expensive like some cook books. Good for people with little or lots of cooking experience and a great present for anyone.

I'm a keen cook so I was a bit skeptical about this cook book however, I enjoyed reading it. I went through and marked the recipes I'd like to try. I made the 1111 cake and it was sooo easy and tasted delish. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other recipes.
As with all cook books, there are some recipes you like and some you dont. I'd def recommend this book to people who dont feel competent in the kitchen or who dont have much time to cook. The recipes are easy to follow and appear easy to prepare.
The book is in categories (eg: breakfast, snacks, dinners - meat, poultry etc) which I found useful.

This book is fantastic !!!. Even if you love to cook and often use lots of ingredients this is one to have on the book shelf. I have found it to be particularly helpful on work nights as the recipes are so simple, it makes coming home when you are tired and getting a meal on the table easy. I have also used it for entertaining as the recipes are cheaper to make as there are less ingredients. The other useful way to use this book is when your pantry stocks are really low and you want to avoid that trap of going into the supermarket for a couple of things. As every recipe is only 4 ingredients or less you can always find something to make. There are a great array of recipes from breakfast, morning/afternoon tea, meat, fish, vegetarian and deserts. The authors also provide a basic 4 ingredient shopping list and some helpful hints a the back.

While the book is good with easy recipes, they tended to repeat some from the first book which is a waste in my view. The recipes I have cooked have been enjoyed by the whole family and once you have the basic recipe, you're free to add your own ingredients for your own tastes.

For someone who works late, doesnt have much time to shop and wants something quick and easy to eat when they get home tired after yet another long day, this is the recipe book for you. I also have the first book and together they make life just that bit simpler. So far, the recipes I've tried have worked, being tasty and relatively quick and easy to prepare.

For a mug cook, this book is invaluable. The 4 ingredients only is my style of cooking, and there is a great variety to choose from. I don't make wild cordon bleu dinners, but my friends are happy with what I make from the recipes. Glad I bought it.

This is the best cookbook I ever bought. The recipes are very easy and tasty! Having a 6 month old baby, I don't have too much time in my hand and I find that I can prepare and cook the meals from the 4 Ingredients without long preparation and too much hassle.

Bought this for the other half. Has great quick and easy dishes to make. Makes you want to buy the others. It is the first book we have left on the kitchen bench, and the first one we reach for if unsure what to cook. Certainly a bargain to buy and worth owning.
