I LOVE THIS BOOK!
Years and years ago I found the companion to this one (a quote for each day of the year) and got hooked on that. Some months later I found this one, and read it all the way through straight away (which was quite rude considering I was staying at someone's house!).
It changed my life for the better. It explains things in such plain english and is filled with pictures that make it much more enjoyably than just reading pages and pages of words.
I've never read a 'self help' book since that has been as good.
Would 100% recommend this book, my edition has been well used and loved.

Ahhhh! Get this for your teens! Get it!

I first got hooked in this book at the tender age of 10! And although I didn't grasp all of the concepts (after all, I was only 10!), it really gave me some 'insights' (didn't know the meaning of the word at that time) into what it was to just live a good life. An awesome life!

Of course, now having read it again and again over the years, I've got a lot more out of it. It's been an awesome 8 years on. :)

I thank my family who bought it for me, because now I have a positive way of looking at life and it all started with this one life-changing book.
