About the AuthorSoraya French was born in Tehran and came to England in 1977. Now a full-time professional artist, she demonstrates for Daler-Rowney, runs private art workshops, and regularly teaches her painting techniques to art groups. Her work can be seen in exhibitions throughout the year. Soraya is a member of the Society of Floral Painters, and is President of the Andover Art Society. She is a regular contributor to The Artist magazine and was a winner of the SAA Artist of the Year award.
