This book is a must have !!!!
It is very is to follow and to understand, even for a beginner. The diagrams are very easy to see and the photos are excellent. It easily tells you exactly where you need to use the pressure points for certain ailments.
I have never come across a book for acupressure points that is a simple as this one to follow.
To sum up this book - FANTASTIC
I would give this book a rating of 10/10.
My next door neighbour is a qualified person when it comes to acupressure and she calls this book her bible.
