BUY this book if you have children or any health issues yourself. I have an autistic Son and the change in him was amazing when I started to be a additive detective!

Additive Alert would be one of the mind boggling books I have read. We are vertually poisoning our families with the food we purchase at the supermarkets. Every home and parent library should have this book to enlighten them to what food companies are permitted to get away with !!!!!!!!!!!
Needless to say my food consumption has changed because of this. RAW is the way to go.

This book is very comprehensive. You wouldn't beleive what kinds of dangerous stuff is in the food we eat every day. This book outlines all the different types of additives and colours found in foods (you know all the numbers you see in the ingredients panel). This book has helped me make better choices when at the supermarket, I now refuse to eat something if I know that it contains a potential cancer causing additive!
