Great book. Full of encouragement and nice easy short chapters to read, ideal if you are suffering from depression when it can be hard to concentrate. JK's style is personal, honest and it sounds just like he's talking to you directly.

This is an excellent book, full of the power of courage and the sense of Hope.
I found that while reading this book that I grew to appreciate the power that encouragement and support can give. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it for everyone, whether you are suffering from depression or not, as it is a great read and I am sure that just by reading it you will learn so much - about yourself and the illness.

Great book. Five stars.

This is an amazing book for any one who has suffered depression a light inside your head goes on and you feel "hey what I felt was normal" or "I can get through what I am feeling now". For other family members a good inside into what your loved one maybe going through and how to best supoort them. So wonderful JK put his story out there for all to ready and start to understand that mental health issues are not something to be ashamed of anymore.

A must have book about JK's journey and how he came out the other side and how we can all do the same when life seems impossible.
