I found it slow to get in to but it got better as you read. The book does have a feeling of calm as your reading it. It sort of makes you feel like you want to be in a rainforest and grasy surrounding to be reading it so you can really get in touch with nature as the book describes. You feel very conected with the characters. Very easy to read, and a great book if you are searching for something more in life and need extra direction.

Have you ever been so fascinated and engrossed in abook that you forgot what time it is, this story carries you to a place that you have never been , through a journey of unhappiness and soul searching to a better place. I was so lost, I normally hate this type of book, but this was actually written in such a way that you felt like you were in the room

Seemingly autobiographical tale about a man who ventures deep into the Russian wilderness and meets a young woman who offers him many revelations about physical, emotional and spiritual life. It's easy to forget that you are apparently supposed to be reading a non-fiction work, as it's quite fantastic. I felt amazing after reading this book, and think that there might be some truth to the authors claims that the work is programmed to kind of... seduce the reader. Worth a go in my opinion if you are spiritually inclined.
