The book is split into the different Archangels, their purpose and how they can help you, how they helped the Atlanteans, the author's story on his encounter with each of the Archangels, and he also gives a short section on how you can "invoke" the particular Archangel into your life. Personally, I feel that the latter section is pretty much the same for all the Archangels, except for the the scent and medium used. Interesting though if you've never come across the different Archangels before - their colour, their purpose and how they can help you. For me however, it didn't provide me with too much which I haven't already learnt from Doreen Virtue's "Archangel" book - except for the part on how they are tied into the Atlantis society.

The author also mentions how the Atlanteans had 12 strands of active DNA (we only have 3 which are active) corresponding to the different chakras.
