I work as a therapist with many clients who have anger management problems and this book is a good resource and self help book. I have found it works well for young people and for those who want to work on their anger without counselling. It presents all the basics on understanding your anger, the triggers, the thoguht processes and how to change the patterns of thinking and behaviour that contribute to inappropriate anger. recommended as a self help book if you can't get access to a therapist for anger, and as a resource for therapists.
