This is a wonderful well illustrated book, easy to use. The oils are listed under their group rather than in alphabetic order, e.g. essential oils are listed according to their group such as herb, flower, fruit, spice etc. The book is very thourogh as there just about everything you possible would want from an aromatherapy book. It includes chakra healing, massages, meditation, brief explonations of each body system and how aromatherapy would help, beauty treatments, and much more. It includes pregnancy oil safety as well as baby and children and states any contraindication under each individual oil. I think it is a must have for all those interested in aromatherapy as its a great guide with lovely illustrations :)

I found this book to be of limited use for a beginner, but it might be an excellent reference book for a practitioner in aromatherapy. Many of the oils I found difficult or impossible to source, and the instructions were very technical.
