Great book to have on your shelf and refer to whenever you need some inspiration. Buy it on Fishpond and save yourself the hassle of carrying it home (it's a biggie!)

So glad I finally bought this. A wonderful treasure trove, a book to dip into, read or browse. Every page is a delight: quirky, funny, thought-provoking, and just plain interesting. An amazing compendium of ideas. Highly recommended.

Fantastic. I shall start with a quote from the book itself "The art of looking sideways is a primer in visual intelligence, an exploration of the workings of the eye, the hand, the brain and the imagination". That sums it up. It is a wonderful book that one can pick up and doesn't matter where it falls open or where you choose a page it will either be exciting, wonderous and either thought provoking, enlightening or just plain silly that makes one feel great. It is also a very good book for a get together for coffee and discuss one of the topics at random. Highly recommended. Thank you fishpond for your prompt service and reasonable pricing.

This was gift for my son who was positivel extatic. The little bitsize chunks of info are fascinating. I gave it a quick once over before wrapping and wouldn't have minded getting this for myself. Very good reading, I must say.
