I love this book. It contains inspiration and ideas on every page. The personal journal pages of the artists show a huge variety of style and expression that really gets the creative juices flowing. Its not about perfection; its about feeling free and having fun. There are also some great ideas and techniques to jumpstart the reader's own visual journaling/art adventures. I can't recommend this book highly enough.

This book is packed with juicy ideas and visual inspiration. There is a good cross-section of styles, from pretty and decorative to more punky and alternative styles. You will get a lot of ideas and want to run off and start painting and collaging. A well-researched book with high quality photographs.
