This book is a wonderful introduction to collective nouns, but it is much more than that. The text is poetic and the illustrations are simply stunning. My daughter is still much too young to appreciate parts of speech, but she loves reading this book and has learned quite a few new vocabulary words (as have mum and dad, I must admit).
