About the Author

Jim Davis is a graduate of Knox College and author of the chapbook Feel and Beat Again. His work has appeared in Seneca Review, Whitefish Review, Sheepshead Review, Blue Mesa Review, Poetry Quarterly, and Contemporary American Voices among other fine journals. His awards include the Eye on Life Poetry Prize, Line Zero contest winner, finalist for the Journal of Modern Poetry's Best Modern Poem, Best of the Net nominee, and multiple editor's choice awards. In addition to being an acclaimed writer, Jim is an international semi-professional football player.
