haven't read it yet, but am looking forward to it as adoption and adoptees and all those separated at birth by adoption is particularly relevant currently due to the Federal government's Forced Adoption Apology
If ever a book about a first hand experience of adoption was worth waiting for, this is it! Writing in the first person present is a stroke of genius, for it enhances the immediacy. I appreciate the author’s openness, his detailed account of the parallel quests (the interpersonal searches and the journey inside) and the reflectiveness embodied in the memoir.
