This book has helped me turn my attitude around, helped me control my temper and grow into a happy, satisfied man. It's allowed me to identify damaging patterns in my personality and in others and reconcile them. Really a fantastic handbook and one that I'll be buying for my three sons when they are old enough to understand the messages.

A really useful book! It is written so simply, so clearly, so easy to understand, that you find yourself continually going 'aha'. It is very easy to start to feel happy, after reading the logical words, as they really stick in your mind. A good book for young and old, I would even use it to read to my children.

This is an excellent and very readable book, written in a light-hearted style, with plenty of amusing illustrations, by the cartoonist author. For all that, it's also very sensible and pragmatic, giving tips throughout about what you can do to be happy. It helped me immensely to see where I had some bad habits and pessimistic outlook on life, and how to change them. Thoroughly recommended.
