The best life diet is a great book. It is easy to follow and the receipes are very tasty. The food and how it is put together can be followed as a life time change into good eating habits. There are lots and lots of diet books out on the market but Bob Greene makes it a breeze to get on track and eat right everyday. I would recommend this book to anyone getting started on healthy living.
