This book covers everything from the benefits of breastfeeding and how it works, to first starting out, along with problems which may occur and how to deal with them.
It encourages on demand feeding, and is repetitive with the message that success is largely due to getting the correct position. It gives a lot of practical information on how to achieve the best position for both baby and mother. I still have 6 weeks to go before giving birth, but feel much more confident about starting out, and understand that problems with breast feeding are normal and can be overcome.
