Great recipes with fantastic ideas for healthy snacks, meals and fun ways to present children's and babies food. This book also has fantastic guidelines and tips for how to prepare nutritious and age appropriate food items as well as including preparation times and storage guidelines for each meal. It is layed out in sections, including 'The Basics', 'Weaning and first foods', '1-2 year olds', and '3-6 year olds'.

"The Big Book of Recipes for Babies, Toddlers & Children: 365 Quick, Easy, and Healthy Dishes" was a fantastic read. although i do not have any children of my own, this is the book i take whenever i have to babysit, as it is very useful for cooking for kids, and ensuring they have a healthy but tasty diet. definitely useful for parents.
