Laila Lundell has long been considered a source of inspiration and innovation in the handweaving community. She is a highly respected principal and instructor at HV skola--Handarbetets V�nner (school of The Association of Friends of Textile Art) in Stockholm, Sweden. Her original edition of The Big Book of Weaving is renowned in the weaving community, serving as the introductory text on the subject for handweavers around the world. This revised edition should provide a new generation of weavers with the same service.
Elisabeth Windesj� is an instructor at HV

modernized Lundell's famous text with the hope that new weavers
