Yet again Nora Roberts / JD Robb has foiled us by releasing a book that is part of a companion series but not alerting us to this fact. As stated above this is the companion to Hot Rocks, but when you put them together they are released as "Remember When", so don't be fooled like I was and think these might be two separate books!

In saying that, if you don't own either then this is a great read in typical JD Robb style but with the element of leading out of a book set 50 years previous. I struggled to put it down.

What a total waste of money. If you have already read Remember When, then don't bother. This is just the first half of the book and the second half of Remember When is called Hot Rocks, I think.

I was all set with a good book to read for the weekend and was majorly disappointed to discover I had already read it.

I think J D Robb is going to lose a few loyal readers over this.

The irony is that Remember When is all about ethics and honesty - and then they pull this underhanded stunt.

Bad, bad move.
