the review above is both right and wrong. it really isn't complicated. nothing is. want to know why? bill's not really a chef. he's just another hyped up home cook trying to make a few more bucks on top of his gaunty little breakfast cafe that feeds its patrons gallons of cream every morning. the recipes are nice, don't get me wrong but don't pay for it. download them free from his website or the sydney morning herald good food guide
