In 2004 Bill launched his debut television series, bills food, in Australia. The series was acquired by the BBC in the UK, screening to audiences of 1.9 million, and by 21 other countries. A second series has now screened in Australia and on the BBC and Bill's popularity continues to grow with his tv appearances worldwide. He has recently opened a restaurant in Japan.
