This book is very graphic and reveals some very crazy stuff, giving insight in to the real version of rock and roll stars, Dave Navarro is an amazing musician, and with this book, has shown people what the rock and roll lifestyle does to people. I highly recomend this book, it is a great read.

i found this book quite interesting...a little bit disturbing as it delves into hard core drug abuse and weird sexual writtings....still a good read though...

I found this book to be strangly inspirational. Dave Navarro's openness and honesty made for an extremely interesting look into drug use and the rockstar lifestyle.Instead of being depressing ( like other books about peaople who use) I found it quite entertaining and often funny. Dave is actually intelligent and insiteful. The year long look into his life gives readers many positives. Read this book in one day as i could not put it down.
