– Customer review on 16/08/2006 this is a fantastic book. when i first picked it up out of the library i was expecting a typical autobiography. i had just read ralph steadmans "DOO DAA" almost as a warm up to this, that wasn't quite nearly enough. in typical thompson style this book goes into the depths of many of hunters most memoral moments and insights into what was only hear say before. adding to the enigma of hunter s thompson, do not read this for an indepth history paper or some such but for a good laugh in the true thompson way.
