The advertising blurb for this book tells me quite a lot about Dawn French, but nothing about the contents of the book.
Is it a novel, biography, weight losing hints or what??

Hi. Nope I don't think you're dumb at all. I looked for the same blurb and ....... nothing. I was thinking it was a biography, but there isn't anything to suggest that. Now you've said weight losing hints I'm thinking it could very well be that or anything! Come on Fish Pond. More please....
