About the Author

Sarah Murdoch has enjoyed a successful global modelling and acting career; she is Juju's best known client and a devotee of her methods. Sarah serves as the Patron on the Australian National Breast Cancer Foundation.

This book has been invaluable to a number of women birthing at our hospital. Even our own staff who have given birth recently highly recommend this book. This book teaches women to reframe their concept of pain in order to better manage their own labour. But don't think that this book is dedicated to drug free deliveries: Juju Sundin discusses all of the pain relief methods available, including their risks and benefits. This book is a must for all mothers-to-be, and all mothers wanting to improve their birthing experiences.
