This isn't a must have book. Generally the information can all be found in more comprehensive books HOWEVER I did find it useful. It advocates natural pregnancy & birth with special little focus points for dads as well. There is alot of you should do this and don't do that but each point is clearly explained and well reasoned. I found it motivational and I loved the suggestions for how to bond with your baby before its born. I have already adopted some of the techniques so I think the book is worthy of a read (and compact enough you can take it with you for those inevitable waiting periods at the doctors).
