I found this book useful as it looked carefully at what traditional abbey brewers were doing in belgium and then looked at what other brewers were doing with the style and finally what homebrewers should take from all this information.
A useful resource for commercial and home brewers wanting to make this style.
Also a good read for beer lovers too.
