this is an excellent recipe book for anyone interested in producing their own world class style home brews. It explains the process in brewing in as much detail as you want to go and is a must for any home brewer from the extract brewer to us all grain brewers.
Jamil and John are world renowned home brewers who both produce consistantly superb beers.

Great book, one of the 'must haves' for home brewers. Only one 'fault', for extract brewers some of the products you need are just not available in NZ (especially the Pilsner Malt Extracts). If you are all - grain brewing, or extract brewing ales then this is not a problem at all! People have been winning awards here in NZ with brews based on these recipes, so they are truly 'tried and tested'!

This ia a pretty basic book in regards to brewing procedures.
The recipes are great, good explanations and stories to go with them.
They may not be the most exciting recipes, but i think its good to have them as
a guide, then put your own creative ideas into making it your own beer.
A good reference for anyone looking to try a particular style.
