Such an awesome reference listing so many classic musicals as far back as the 1900's all the way to the most current musicals on broadway with Wicked, Hairspray and Jersey Boys.

This title is constantly growing and being updated as dozens of shows make it to Broadway every year and so keep an eye out for the next edition too.

This book contains the musical's name, the directors, the producers, revival information, original cast members, song lists, photos and pictures as well as the basic synopsis and some fun trivia to entertain you on the way.

One friend of mine called this 443 page book "light reading" as she is an avid music theatre fan/performer whereas i just use it for research and it's such a fantastic book for both purposes.

Would recommend to any student and teacher alike within the entertainment/performing arts industry.
