great companion book to the first diet plan. lots of inspiration. gives a run down of the diet so if you dont have the first book you can pick up the idea from this one, although i would recommend having both. if you are looking for a diet that works and doesnt leave you feeling hungry this is the one, only thing is it requires planning and shopping so that you have enough to choose from not to fall back into bad habits like 5 bits of toast for lunch and big hunks of cheese (yeah you know what im talking about:))
