If you are looking for a self help book for depression or anxiety then this is very good. It clearly explains the process of cognitive behaviour therapy and how to learn to recognize and change faulty thinking. CBT is used world wide and has been proven to be effective for many disorders. It can be learned via a self help book and this one is easy to understand, practical to use and well written.
