Excellent book on running form and technique wanders off into discussion of chi sometimes. Gives clear explanation of correct posture and gait and detailed warm up exercises. Very good for runners thinking of transitioning to barefoot as the Chi Running form is similar to the natural barefoot running form. Well worth reading.
