A terrorist doesn't let strangers in her flat because they might be undercover police or intelligence agents, but her children bring their mates home and they run all over the place. The terrorist doesn't know that a kid has bugged every room in her house, cloned the hard drive on her PC, and copied all the numbers in her phone book. The kid works for CHERUB. CHERUB is not James Bond. There are no master criminals or high-tech gadgets. CHERUB kids live in the real world. They slip under adult radar and get information that sends criminals and terrorists to jail. For official purposes, these children do not exist.

Awesome, Amazing, outstanding read. Kept me captivated the whole time with interesting charchters that you can relate on some levels. The rest of the series is equally wonderful as the first. Guranteed great read for both male and female teenagers.
My son has read it and is now up to Divine madness. He brought this book in sydney and the moment he finished it (in the car on way to shops) he said if he can get class A. now it is the most popular book in his grade at school!!!!
this is an action packed book that girls and boys will enjoy. james's mum is a criminal hoo steals and dies. his dad is already dead so he becomes an orphan. he meets up a guy called kyle blueman hoo belongs to a secret organisation called cherub. kyle reccomends james to cherub nd he gfot accepted. he has to complete an 100 day training course to bcum a proper cherub agent. after that he has been assigned a mission.read the book to find out more
This is a funny book that boys and girls will enjoy. James doesn't really know whats right and whats wrong but moving to CHERUB and undergoing the 100 day training course sorts him out. If you love this book then I recommend the other books in the series they are just as good.
Better written and more complex than the Alex Rider books, the Cherub books are a fast-paced, funny series, great for readers 10+. They follow James, a bright rebel who's trying to look after his little sister, who gets picked up by the Brittish secret service.
A really fun book to read. The storyline keeps you hooked and even though it is for younger readers you can't help enjoying it. I would highly recommend it to anyone aged 8-18 or even older. It's exciting, it's hard to put down and it keeps you wanting more- luckily they don't take too long to read :)
An excellent book, and very enjoyable. As said above, many ages will enjoy this fast-paced novel about an undercover organization using kids aged 10-17 as secret agents.
Some more younger ones perhaps, will find the opening chapters a little dull, but this is a story well worth reading for anyone. And, as has been said, you completely wish and almost believe that it is true!
Although this series is targeted at a young teen level, the older teens can find enjoyment in reading this book as well.
Undercover kids, secret head quarters/school/training facility, friends and a place of belonging, any teenager can relate to the issues underlying the fictional characters.
