Now I’m not the person who normally reads a whole serious of books, but since reading the first book "The recruit" in my class as an English task I loved them and begged my mum to get the next lot of books I’m currently up to the 7th book after reading the recruit only 1 month ago. I love how the suspense just eats away at you and you can really imagine your their as one of the characters I no I do. There is a boy in my class who is also reading the series like me and we always get into trouble for talking about them in class's and we even some days we wish we could be their in all the action as James Adams Choke.

Well done Robert 10/10 best books ive ever read.

I got hooked on this series by Robert Muchamore, ever since reading the first one: The Recruit. The books follow James and Lauren Adams, brother and sister, who are recruited by the mysterious agency known simply as CHERUB. Cherub recruits kids between the ages of ten and seventeen as agents in the serice of Britain. The kids have one crucial advantage: adults never suspect that kids are spying on them. In this latest installment, James Adams is in Russia trying to get some dirt on a dangerous criminal. But when the operation goes wrong, he is lucky to escape with his life. Meanwhile, Lauren is on her first solo mission, trying to gain information on human trafficking from a young girl named Anna who seems to be at the heart of it all. And pending the investigation into the events of the mission in Russia, James finds that it's not over.
