Amazing photographs from one of the most hair raising true exploration adventures of all time. The book seems to be aimed at younger readers with lots of photos and simply written text, but is still appealing for older readers as well.
An excellent introduction to true-life adventure for younger readers, but if you want the whole story of the Mawson Expedition you'll have to dig deeper.
