I first read this book back in early 2006, i was already a fan of Deepaks and had read around 10 of his most popular writings. I found that this book was definitly brought to the level of a teenager, not being as mystical and spiritual as his other works or like scripture. This book is great for teenagers with open minds, or in fact any teenager. Deepak tries to explain in the best way possible what it means to live from the level of the soul and how to implement spiritual living into life. He doesnt say you must give up what you do in your teen world, just add spiritual living, doing this will autimatically show you it is better than anything the material world can offer. A must read for teens who want something different and not just another self-help-fab book.
Highly recommended.
