These books are beautiful! It's such a shame they have been looked down upon because of politica correctness. They were original and simply beautiful stories. How little black sambo lived and got his clothes and what his life was like is such a sweet story. A lovely idea - this book is probably not too well known but I remember it well as a child and just loved it!
