About the Author
Born in London in 1972, Darren O'Shaughnessy [writing as Darren Shan] moved to Limerick with his parents and younger brother. Returned to London to study Sociology and English then worked for a TV cable company. this book was a bit hard to understand in my opinion, and i had a bit of trouble visualising the lake of souls. also the mythical beast made it more than unrealistic. but it is a necasary read if you want to follow this series, so you should give it a go. more good action from darren shan and harkat.
Darren Shan books are the best books that I have ever read you must read them I totally reccomend it. I finished the seris about 6 months ago and I still think about it all the time!! :)
wicked book by author darren shan. this book will hook yuo in rigt from the start, becase like th others in contains so much action and drama as well as adventure. guanranteed to enjoy this read you are. fantastic to read late at night, or with a friend. recommend it to anyone!
this was an interesting book in the darren shan series, and was filled with drama and excitement, as the other twelev are. this is a cult series, and stands out to me as a definitive book series for teens to read. this book showed more character development, and excitement as we are accustmoed too! a great read!
The Saga of Darren Shan is awesome and number 10 is a very very edgey book. When you read any of these books you'll find that you just can't put them down. I've read them all (theres 12 all together) and as many times that i've read them, i just dont get sick of them. Absolutely, fantastic books!!!!!!
