jacquelibne wilson did a great job of this book, it really showed how girls of my age can get put under alot of pressure.

it was easy reading, great book.

i recomend it for teenaged girls aged from 11-15.

Jacquelien Wilson writes great books about the pressures of life. Girls under presure is the second in a 3 book series revolving around the lives of 3 teenage girls who are best friends. The girls have to suffer through the everyday expectations of being a teenage girl in today's society and peer pressure. One of the friends in particular strives to be thin like her other two friends whom she feels plain and fat in comparison to. Also one thing on all the girl's minds are boys. Madge especially seems to attract the troublesome ones.

Hey guys! I really loved reading this book and it was one of the types of books that you dont want to put down! I reccomment this book to girls aroung the ages of about 10-14 because they would get and understand the story line to the book better than some one younger then 10-14. i you ahve not yet read this book i ado advise you to! I really enjoy reading the author jacqueline wilsons books that she writes.

A great read for pre-teens. While the portrayal of teen life, relationships and in this book in the series - disordered eating - are not always accurate to real life - they provide an entertainment value very well targeted to the pre-teen audience and a good introduction to some serious issues teenage girls in particular may/will face.

This is the second book of the series written by Jacqueline Wilson and is probably my favourite. It tells the story of three friends whose lives revolve around boys, boys and more boys. They face the tough teenage issues of peer pressure and wanting to fit in. A great read for girls aged 11-14.
