This is a fabulous reader about learning to read. Noah, a boy living on the prairie, thinks you don't need reading for his type of life. But his parents and Aunt Dora have different ideas. The story is quiet and unobtrusive, yet still gets the message across. I particularly like this reader as it is about a boy. Most readers for boys tend towards the silly and gross, but this one is perfect.
