Aside from "Tuesday," this is my favorite David Wiesner book. The story has a delightful twist and is told primarily in pictures, so any age can read it aloud. The artwork is clever, rich and inventive. It's fun to spend long stretches looking at each illustration and with each read, new and clever elements are discovered, but young and old readers alike.
