I found this book in our local library. It was so incredably useful that I have since purchased this book for myself. It not only helped me understand the destructive and self-defeating behaviours I had been using but gave insight into how I developed them in the first place.
The more I read the book, the more opportunities came where I felt this book had been written especially to and for me. I could relate to so many of the issues described in this amazing book.
The book then goes on to give life skills and lessons to help you change the thought patterns which control those behaviours to become a truly free person. Able to once again hold your head high and to live and love in a more wholesome way.
This book will give you greater awareness of how we actually are or became co-dependant upon others and how we got that way. It's most visable in intamate or close relationships we have with our partners, family and close friends. Co-dependancy is a negative thing when it gets in the way of being and living our true selves. Remember change takes time and your not alone out there.
