I found this book extremely useful in providing me with a step by step guide to cognitive therapy with patients. It is well structured, easy to read and even provides you with homework sheets. The rationale behind each technique is also nicely pointed out. Ways of asking questions are given, as well as possible barriers to each technique. A must have for anyone working within the psychological field.
