These cards are a great follow-up to the "First Words" touch and feel cards. They teach your baby a range of colors and shapes using common objects that they will already recognize. They open up conversation about the objects too, and the backs of the cards have a number of sample questions to get you and baby talking about the pictures in more detail. These are brilliant.
