This book is great it gives you a really broad view of different types of raw food recipes it also has lots of notes from the chefs on variations so you actually have even more things to try. The recipes are from simple to advanced and they list prep time,equipment etc which is really important in raw food . As it is a compilation of many of the top raw foodists you get to try all their best recipes ...without the fails ...Fab !
